While handing out samples of signature GardenSteaks at our local grocery, my son Stephen decided to offer samples of the GardenSteaks with a pesto sauce & pasta. The combination was warmly received. I decided to create a delicate pesto sauce using real romano & parmesan cheeses, walnuts & pine nuts, olive oil and basil.
