Very dark in color, this Syrah exhibits notes of black currants and blackberry with a hint of vanilla. The palate has a great texture with balanced acidity and raspberry fruits. The finish is powerful yet soft with dark chocolate tannins and black cherry flavors that linger. Corvidae works with affordable fruit, sourced from Washington’s Yakima Valley, and handcraft it into excellent wine. The crow family, including blue jays, magpies and ravens, are amongst the most brilliant and quick-witted birds, and adorn our labels to honor the intellect that is involved in our winemaking process.
