For nearly 50 years, we have produced Cabernet Sauvignon that reflects the terroir of Dry Creek Valley. Much of the Cabernet in our region is planted on sharply terraced hillsides on the western slopes of the valley. Long days of vibrant sunshine and cool foggy evenings allow for exquisitely ripened grapes. This delicious wine displays bright cherry and cranberry tones with underlying dusty floral nuances. The blend is 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 5% Malbec, 2% Cabernet franc and 2% Petit verdot.
