An exceptional wine from Spain, cava is crafted using the traditional method: natural sparkle, second fermentation in bottle, a minimum of 9 months ageing. In Codorniu we have been making wines since 1551 and in 1872 we created our first cava. Codorniu is one of the world's oldest family enterprises, innovative and possioned for cava and winemaking. This cava was christened original as it is made from a blend of the three traditional cava grapes: xarel.lo, macabeo & parellada.. Fresh, fruity and balanced with a dry fish.
